A Tidal Phenomenon explores the nature of moving on. What cycles do we see in nature—not just tidal cycles, but the cycles of attraction? How natural is it to return to an unhealthy state? In this film, an antique store clerk encounters his ex after moving to the beach with his wife, forcing him to confront the pull of the past.
